Yes! Physical Therapy is a unique, wellness-oriented physical therapy practice. We help solve problems and empower you to achieve your goals.
We offer preventive care, health promotion and wellness activities, along with gentle manual physical therapy as well as consultation and continuing education.
We believe the evidence, which suggests that keeping you healthy is best for you and everybody concerned.

Our Office is Located in Clarksville, MD, at the intersection of Routes 32 and 108.
Our typical hours are Tuesday 8-1 and Wednesday 1-6.

We share space with Physical Therapy First, in the Professional Building at 5005 Signal Bell Lane. We are in Suite 202, just across the hall from Maryland Spine & Sports Medicine.

Please Note:
Yes! Physical Therapy, LLC is not affiliated with any insurance company.
Payment is expected at time of service.
We do not accept any private or government-sponsored health insurance, including plans sponsored under the Affordable Care Act, Worker's Compensation or Medicare.

If Medicare is your primary insurance, we will not be able to see you, even if you want to pay out-of-pocket.  This is due to Medicare's current rules, including the burdensome and mostly pointless required paperwork, which negatively impact the private practice of health care.

Here is a Checklist of Items to Consider Before Your First Visit to Yes!

Some Things We Need
√ Before your first visit, to keep you safe, we need to know about your past medical history, including any surgeries, and your current medications, if any.  Bring any MRI reports, images on CD, or X-rays that might be helpful.
√ You can download, and fill out the intake forms at home, then bring them with you or send them to us via our secure contact form (see Other Helpful Links, below). You can also fill out forms in the office.
If you choose to fill out forms in the office, please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

√ Organizing your information before your first visit will speed things along and give us more time to work together.  Yes! PT will protect the privacy of your personal information. Yes! complies with  all HIPAA regulations.
Some Things You Should Know
√ Yes! PT does not accept any health insurance, no private or government-sponsored plans, including Medicare.  Fees are due at the time of service. You can pay with cash, check, or credit card.

√ We do not accept clients who are involved in an active injury-related lawsuit.

√ If you plan to use your insurance company's out-of-network benefit to partially reimburse the cost of Yes! care, you should check with your insurance company before your first visit, to see if they require you to have a physician's prescription for physical therapy.
If required, an "Eval and Treat" prescription is best.
√ You should wear comfortable clothes (shorts, sweats, etc.), or you can bring a change of clothes with you, so that you will be able to move freely.
