Our Payment Policy

 
We  accept cash, personal checks, Visa/Mastercard and Health Savings Account (Flexible Spending Account) Debit cards only.
Payment is due at the time of service. 

If your insurance carrier provides out-of-network benefits, you can apply for reimbursement for your Yes! PT care.

To help our clients with reimbursement, Yes! PT will provide a physical therapy billing statement which you can file with your insurance company for out-of-network benefits.

With reimbursement from your insurance carrier, your out-of-pocket cost should be less than what a typical insurance co-pay would be.

If you plan to apply for reimbursement from your insurance company, you should find out if they will require you to obtain a physician’s referral before your first visit.  If required, an “Eval and Treat” prescription is best.

Cancelling an Appointment

You may cancel your scheduled appointment at any time, up to 24 hours prior, with no penalty. Cancellations occurring less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time will be charged a half fee. That is, $75 for an hour appointment, and $40 for a half hour appointment. These fees also apply to missed appointments without prior notice.

Yes! Physical Therapy, LLC is not affiliated with any insurance company. We do not accept any private or government-sponsored health insurance, including plans sponsored under the Affordable Care Act, Worker’s Compensation and Medicare.

If Medicare is your primary insurance we will not be able to see you, even if you want to pay out-of-pocket. This is due to Medicare’s current rules, which negatively impact the private practice of health care.

We do not accept clients who are involved in an active injury-related lawsuit.

Our Fees
